How do points work? Can I spend them like cash?

When customers earn points they can use them at any Localight business. $100 worth of Localight points will buy you $100 worth of goods or services at Localight businesses!

How does money flow? What does it cost?

Localight will cross-promote your business to new customers, engage existing ones, and reward them for their loyalty. They pay within the app and the money is deposited to your account. A normal transaction fee of 4% applies. Localight will give 2% back to the customer as points. The balance will be deposited to your account in one week.

Do I need special POS equipment or integration?

No. Deposits are made directly to your bank account.

How do offers work?

When a customer spends at least 20% or more than your average ticket, a fee of 9% is applied, of which 3-5% returns to the customer. Then the balance of the transaction will be deposited to your bank account.
